The Drayton ZA5 is a 2 Port Zone Valve Actuator and is one of Drayton’s new "snap-on" actuators. The ZA5 is a motorised actuator valve head that can be easily mounted onto a valve body using the ‘snap-on’ design feature. It possesses industry-standard wiring and dimensions making it one of the most popular mid-position valve actuators on the market. 
 
The snap on design makes future servicing quick and easy as it means the unit can be easily removed and replaced if and when required. The actuator can be removed from the body simply by pressing the release button on the side and lifting the actuator off. This specific ZA5 will replace an existing ZA5 providing your existing zone valve is a modern clip on/off type. If you should have an older bolt on style of actuator, you may need to swap out both the actuator and valve body.
